Ilkem is a postdoctoral fellow developing novel therapeutics for hearing loss and dementia, holding a PhD in Clinical Neurosciences from the University of Cambridge. Within the HMPA, she is dedicated to creating dynamic professional development initiatives and fostering scientific collaboration across different platforms and institutions for her fellow postdocs.
