Advocacy

Are postdoctoral fellows at HMS (Harvard Medical School) aware of their primary rights and benefits? Issues such as minimum wage, working hours, health insurance, and mental health hardly get any say. The HMPA advocacy team are here to listen and address your concerns. We aim to make your postdoctoral research a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our long-term goal is to make every young researcher feel welcome and integrate all to form an indivisible community with a rich diversity compatible with the Harvard mission.
