Allison is a co-chair of the Professional Development Committee for the Harvard Medical Postdoctoral Association (HMPA) at Harvard Medical School. She helps plan and coordinate events that expose postdocs to potential career paths. She understands that making career decisions can be stressful and overwhelming and hopes to provide postdocs with a clearer understanding of their options.
