It is a fantastic opportunity to see other people pitching their research to a broad audience and connect directly with peers outside your immediate lab, department, or hospital.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Submissions are closed, but we encourage people to come see presentations given by your colleagues and learn about their research!</strong></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li dir="ltr" data-list-item-id="e848d63e5aad1c0491030e0503587d984"><span><strong>Format:</strong>&nbsp;A two-hour in-person session featuring 10 back-to-back flash talks on stage, followed by an open Q&amp;A and a networking mixer to discuss potential collaborations.</span></li><li dir="ltr" data-list-item-id="e76b64de9a235c4e9bf30789072910788"><span><strong>Prizes:</strong>&nbsp;The HMPA judging panel will evaluate the presentations, and the top 3 speakers will receive official HMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows (OPF)-backed certificates and win cinema vouchers for a movie outing!</span></li></ul>
