We will review and explore tools that support aligning expectations for research and professional development and discuss scenarios to reflect on your practices.<br><strong>*</strong><em>This session is required to obtain a certificate of completion for the mentor series.</em><br><strong>Series Description: </strong>The Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center CURE Program and UMass Boston Research Education Core Program, in collaboration with the HMS/HSDM Office of Postdoctoral Fellows, are offering a series of mentor training workshops focused on mentorship development and shared practice for current, past, and prospective mentors.
