**HMPA Postdoc Spotlight Blitz**

The HMPA Professional Development Committee is thrilled to announce the first-ever **Postdoc Spotlight Blitz**!

This in-person event serves as a "**collaboration matchmaker**," giving HMS-affiliated postdocs a platform to present their research in a high-energy 3-minute flash talks. It is a fantastic opportunity to see other people pitching their research to a broad audience and connect directly with peers outside your immediate lab, department, or hospital.

**Submissions are closed, but we encourage people to come see presentations given by your colleagues and learn about their research!**

- **Format:** A two-hour in-person session featuring 10 back-to-back flash talks on stage, followed by an open Q&A and a networking mixer to discuss potential collaborations.
- **Prizes:** The HMPA judging panel will evaluate the presentations, and the top 3 speakers will receive official HMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows (OPF)-backed certificates and win cinema vouchers for a movie outing!
