The Entrepreneurship Committee of the Harvard Medical Postdoctoral Association (HMPA) promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, management consulting, and industry engagement among postdoctoral research fellows at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and the 15 HMS-affiliated hospitals. The committee aims to provide resources, programming, and networking opportunities that support postdoctoral entrepreneurs, enable career exploration beyond academia, and encourage the translation of scientific discoveries into real-world impact.

**Goals:**

- Foster entrepreneurship and innovation by organizing workshops, seminars, and founder-led discussions focused on startups, venture capital, management consulting, and commercialization.
- Connect postdocs with leaders across biotech, medtech, healthcare, consulting, and investment sectors through networking and mentorship opportunities.
- Support translational research and entrepreneurial career development by strengthening collaborations between the Harvard Medical School community and the broader Boston-area biotech and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
