Advocacy

The goal of the Advocacy Committee is to: advocate for reasonable salary, benefits, and treatment for postdocs in the Harvard Medical community. We recognize many postdocs deal with difficult circumstances due to family commitments, life events, and the expense of living in Boston. We aim to provide a voice for postdocs to administrators who can bring about needed change. We also seek to increase awareness within the postdoc community.

Look for our monthly “Are You Aware?” emails that provide you with information regarding recent events that directly affect you as a postdoc.
